Charleston home owners go to the Boone Hall Pumpkin Patch.Bring the kids down to the Boone Hall Pumpkin Patch this fall and bring a pumpkin back to your Charleston home. The 2017 event is open from September 30th through October 31st. The hours are Monday through Saturday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sundays 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. There is much more here than just pumpkins. Children can enjoy getting out their energy on the jump pillow and brave climbing up and then sliding down the giant slide tower. Climb up Hay Mountain and enjoy a hayride with the whole family down “Monster” Alley. Explore the tire climb and let the kids get dirty in the sand pit play area. It would probably be a good idea to bring some extra clothes along from your Charleston home.

Kids and Adults from Your Charleston Home Will All Have a Blast at the Corn Maze

Other attractions include King of the Mountain and the Spiderweb. More climbing is available on the rock climbing wall. Challenge friends to the corn hole toss and visit farm animals in the goat walk and rabbit enclosure. Enjoy a warm drink and relax as the kids run around and play on the playground. Get lost in The Coca Cola Corn Maze. Two mazes are available, a shorter one that is ideal for families with small children and a larger one that spans nearly the entire corn field. This is a favorite attraction here and is included with the price of admission.

The cost to get in is $10 per person for ages 3 and up. Children ages 2 and under can get in for free with a paid adult. Pumpkins can be purchased and are priced by the pound. The retail tent also includes jams, jellies, candy, toys, fresh produce, and fall decor items to take back to your Charleston real estate. Keep in mind that the Boone Hall Plantation is a separate attraction and requires a separate admission price. Also please note that entrance to the pumpkin patch is not through the main Plantation gate. Please use the Hwy 17N entrance located across from 2330 N. Hwy 17 in Mt. Pleasant.
